PROPERTY MARKETING & INSPECTION

We advertise and make suggestions to enhance the marketability of your property.

TENANT SCREENING

Let us free up your time and remove the headache of tenant screening. We work to find you qualified tenants that best match your property criteria i.e. no pets, no smoking inside the property etc.

RENT COLLECTION

We collect the rent on your behalf every month by the 1st but no later than the 3rd. If rent is not paid on time, we will notify you of the delay and contact the tenants for payment status. We also start the legal process for eviction, if necessary. However, our goal is to always collect the rent in a timely manner.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

We utilize licensed contractors that are current on the tools and technology in their profession to repair and maintain your property. We track our work orders to ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner. More importantly, we work with the property owner to plan routine maintenance and to schedule necessary repairs or upgrades that keep the property in good condition and in move-in ready or sales ready at all times
