WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTIES DO YOU MANAGE?

ARE THE PROPERTIES YOU MANAGE INSPECTED?

Absolutely. Our team conducts thorough, in-person inspections before tenancy, periodically during occupancy, and after move-out to ensure each property maintains optimal condition and meets our quality standards.

HOW DO YOU SCREEN TENANTS?

Tenant screening is a cornerstone of our service. We perform comprehensive checks that include credit and background reports, verification of rental and employment references, and review of local court records—ensuring we place only reliable, responsible tenants in your property.

WHAT IF THE TENANT DOESN’T PAY?

We take a proactive approach: our team promptly follows up with tenants, issues required notices, and implements strategies to minimize loss of rental income. When necessary, we work with trusted local attorneys to manage the eviction process efficiently.

DO YOU HANDLE REPAIRS?

Yes, we manage repairs from start to finish. We assess each repair request to determine whether the tenant or landlord is responsible, dispatch licensed and insured contractors (including your preferred vendors when available), and keep you informed throughout the process. We also coordinate with home warranty companies when applicable.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Owner payments are streamlined for your convenience. Funds are typically transferred via Automatic Clearing House (ACH) directly into your bank account. Alternatively, payments can be mailed by check, though ACH deposits are faster and more reliable.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY FUNDS?

We process rental income as soon as it clears the bank. Typically, owners receive their funds by the 10th of each month via direct deposit; however, if payments are sent by check, there might be a slight delay. Payment timelines also depend on the tenant’s payment schedule and any banking holidays or weekends.

DO YOU SELL REAL ESTATE TOO?
